This page restates, in full, the cancellation and refund terms that apply to assessments and installations booked with Pool Safe Inc., trading as Harborlane Pools. The same terms also live as anchored sections inside our Terms of Use (#refund-policy, #cancellation-policy).

Refunds

Scope. Covers payments for assessment visits and cover installations booked through Harborlane Pools.

Eligibility. Cancelling before the assessment visit refunds the assessment fee in full. Once materials are ordered for an installation, refund eligibility is assessed case by case.

Processing. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable cases. Custom-cut covers already fabricated to a confirmed measurement are not refundable once fitting has started.

Cancellations

How to cancel. Email [email protected] or call +1 416-630-2444 during Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00.

Cancellation windows. Cancellations at least 48 hours before a scheduled visit are free of charge; later cancellations may carry a reasonable rescheduling fee.

Rescheduling. We default to offering a new date rather than treating a late change as a cancellation wherever possible.

Cancellations by us. If weather or capacity forces us to cancel, we offer a full refund or a rebooked date at no extra charge.
