Pool safety cover services

Full detail on every safety cover service Harborlane Pools offers around North York, Ontario, including what each visit includes and what it costs.

Safety Cover Fitting Assessment

A measured site visit that checks deck anchor points, pool shape and surrounding clearance, followed by a written recommendation on cover type suited to the yard. Includes a starting-range estimate for the two cover styles offered.

  • Deck anchor point check
  • Pool shape and clearance measurement
  • Written cover-type recommendation
  • Starting-range estimate for both cover styles

Standard Mesh Safety Cover Installation

Supply and fitting of a mesh safety cover sized to the pool, including anchor hardware installed around the deck edge and a walkthrough of seasonal removal and storage steps.

  • Mesh cover supplied and fitted to measurement
  • Anchor hardware installed around the deck edge
  • Walkthrough of seasonal removal steps
  • Guidance on off-season storage

Premium Solid Safety Cover with Reinforced Anchors

A heavier solid-weave cover paired with reinforced deck anchors for irregular pool shapes or larger spans, including fitting, a care walkthrough, and a seasonal re-tensioning visit.

This option suits larger spans or pools with corners and curves that put extra load on anchor points, which is why the reinforced hardware and a seasonal re-tensioning visit are part of the service.

  • Heavier solid-weave cover fitted to measurement
  • Reinforced deck anchors for irregular or larger spans
  • Care walkthrough for solid-cover upkeep
  • Seasonal re-tensioning visit included

Coverage

Audience for this service

Harborlane Pools works mainly with household pools rather than commercial or public facilities, serving North York, Ontario and the surrounding neighbourhoods within a short drive of our registered address.

Homeowners with young children

A cover rated for the deck gives a physical barrier between supervised swims.

New pool owners

A first-season assessment establishes anchor points before any cover is ordered.

Owners replacing a worn cover

Re-measuring before replacement avoids ordering the wrong size twice.

This service is not intended for commercial or municipal pool installations, which fall outside our current scope.

Process

How the work goes

  1. 1

    Request

You describe the pool shape and any existing cover through the contact form or by phone.

  2. 2

    Assessment

We visit to check anchor points, pool shape and surrounding clearance, then recommend a cover type and a starting-range estimate.

  3. 3

    Scheduling

Once the recommendation is confirmed, we schedule the fitting within a few business days, subject to weather.

  4. 4

    Fitting

The cover and anchor hardware are installed and tested around the full deck edge.

  5. 5

    Handover & follow-up

We walk through seasonal removal and storage, and schedule any re-tensioning visit the cover style calls for.

For whom

Who this is for

Family backyard pools

Households wanting a barrier cover over the off-season or between supervised swims.

Irregular pool geometry

Freeform, kidney and lagoon shapes that need a measured rather than off-the-shelf cover.

Properties with existing hardware

Pools where anchors are already placed and only the cover itself needs replacing.

This is not a fit for above-ground inflatable pools or temporary pools without a permanent deck.

Pricing

What the price includes

The figures above are starting-range estimates. The assessment visit confirms the final price once deck anchor points, pool shape and clearance are measured on-site; unusual deck materials or larger-than-standard spans can shift the final quote. A written estimate always follows the assessment before any fitting is scheduled. We price in Canadian dollars and quote the assessment fee up front so there is no surprise before you decide whether to proceed, and that fee is applied toward the installation cost if you book a cover within thirty days of the visit.
