About the service
What exactly does a safety cover assessment include?
We check deck anchor points, pool shape and surrounding clearance, then give a written recommendation and a starting-range estimate for the two cover styles we offer.
What area do you serve?
Assessments and fittings cover North York, Ontario and the surrounding neighbourhoods within easy reach of our registered address.
What materials are the covers made from?
Mesh covers use a woven, water-permeable fabric; solid covers use a heavier, water-resistant weave, both paired with deck anchor hardware.
How long does a typical fitting take?
A mesh cover fitting usually takes a single visit; a solid cover with reinforced anchors can take a little longer depending on the pool shape.

How do I start?
Send the booking form on our homepage or call us, and describe the pool shape and any existing cover.
What happens after I send a message?
A team member replies within one business day to confirm an assessment time that works for your schedule.
What does the assessment visit involve?
A measured walk of the deck perimeter and pool shape, a check of any existing anchors, and a written recommendation left with you before any fitting is booked.
Pricing & payment
What does the assessment price include?
The $160 CAD assessment fee covers the site visit, measurement and the written recommendation with a starting-range estimate for both cover styles.
How do estimates become final prices?
The assessment confirms deck condition, pool shape and anchor count; the final price is set in the written estimate before any fitting is scheduled.
What is the refund process if I change my mind?

Do you offer evening or weekend visits?
Standard visits run Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00; outside those windows we schedule case by case when a yard is only accessible then.

Service area
We serve North York, Ontario and nearby neighbourhoods. If you are unsure whether your address is within range, send a message with your general location and we'll confirm before booking an assessment. Visits further afield are sometimes possible — ask and we will tell you plainly whether it fits our schedule.
Pricing
A note on estimates
Prices on our services page are starting-range figures. The assessment visit sets the final price once the deck and anchor requirements are measured. We do not add charges beyond the written estimate once it has been confirmed, barring a change you request after the fact.
