Description of service
Pool Safe Inc. provides pool safety cover assessments, mesh and solid safety cover installation, and related anchor hardware fitting, as described on our Services page.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for residential property owners or their authorized representatives within our service area.
Bookings and payment
Assessment and installation prices are quoted in CAD and confirmed in writing after the on-site assessment. See our Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy below.
Intellectual property
All text, graphics and the Harborlane Pools name and logo on this site belong to Pool Safe Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting unauthorized access or submitting false information through the contact form.

General information. Content on this site is provided by Pool Safe Inc. for general informational purposes about our safety cover services.
Professional advice. Nothing on this site substitutes for an individual, on-site assessment appropriate to your specific pool and deck.
Accuracy and availability. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate, but services, prices and availability may change; final scope is confirmed in your individual quote.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Pool Safe Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our services, beyond the value of the service provided.
Returns & Refund Policy
Scope. This policy covers payments made for assessment visits and cover installations booked through Harborlane Pools.
Eligibility. If you cancel before the assessment visit takes place, the assessment fee is refunded in full. Once an installation has been scheduled and materials ordered, refund eligibility is assessed case by case.
How to request. Send a request to [email protected] or call +1 416-630-2444, including your booking details.
Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable cases. Custom-cut covers already fabricated to a confirmed measurement are not refundable once fitting has started.
Cancellation Policy
How to cancel. Email [email protected] or call +1 416-630-2444 during Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00.
Cancellation windows. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled assessment or fitting are free of charge. Later cancellations may be subject to a reasonable rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling. We offer rescheduling as the default alternative to a late cancellation wherever possible.
Cancellations by us. If weather or capacity forces us to cancel a visit, we offer a full refund or a rebooked date at no extra charge.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
