Scope of these terms

These Service & Installation Terms apply specifically to safety cover assessment, fitting and anchor hardware installation booked with Pool Safe Inc., trading as Harborlane Pools, in addition to our general Terms of Use.

Assessment stage

Every installation begins with a paid fitting assessment ($160 CAD) that measures deck anchor points, pool shape and clearance, and results in a written recommendation and starting-range estimate.

Site access and preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the pool deck and anchor areas on the agreed visit date. Visits may be rescheduled where access is obstructed or weather makes fitting unsafe.

Materials and hardware

Mesh and solid safety covers and their anchor hardware are supplied as described on our Services page; specifications may be adjusted during the assessment to suit unusual deck materials.

Pricing and estimates

Prices listed online are starting-range estimates in CAD. The final price is confirmed in writing after the assessment and before any fitting work begins.

Warranty of workmanship

Anchor hardware is checked for secure tension at the time of fitting. Pool Safe Inc. is designed to help reduce the risk of anchor failure through correct installation, but does not guarantee cover performance against misuse, extreme weather events, or third-party interference.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for assessments and installations follow the Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refund Policy in our Terms of Use, and are repeated in full on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

Governing law

These service terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically; the date above reflects the latest revision.
